End of My Journey
Lord you know that I’ve been bad
So there’s no use in lying to myself
Heavenly father please forgive me
I really don’t want to disown myself
Oh when I come to the end of my journey
Weary of life, the battle is won
Carry myself, the cross of redemption
We’ll understand it, better by and by.
Lord sometimes I feel like Samson
There’s so many Delilah’s in this world.
Almighty God give me just a little more time
To right all the wrong that I have done
Oh when I come to the end of my journey
Weary of life, the battle is won
Carry myself, the cross of redemption
We’ll understand it, better by and by.
We’ll understand it, better by and by.
“I can't listen to it, otherwise I won't be able to finish the revolution,” said Lenin about Beethoven's “Apassionate.”
Every time, I go through an experience that brings me a pain and confusion, I hang on to these words, “ We will understand it better, by and by.” The spirit of this music rushes straight to the core of my soul and brings a fortitude of assurance. That moving spirit excites my sensitive soul to
tears.
Can someone who listened to this music, I mean really listened, still remain on an evil path?
Thank you for this amazing music.
