China Study! Amazing!!!

I found this book to be a good read with vital health information. I am not one who falls for the fad diets or new weight loss tricks. This book just offers FACTS on the studies of a high protein animal based diet and the implications it brings. Myself and my husband have found it easy to change the way we eat, see food and have both maintained a healthy weight without the suffering of diets. You just get the plain facts on the food industry and all the health issues that come with the choices we make. A IMPORTANT READ

This book changed my eating habits dramatically from an animal to a whole food concentration. I am an engineer and was impressed with the 30 year study of the effects of nutrition on heart disease, diabetes and cancer, the three big killers in affluent countries because a lot of data support the conclusions. This is not the case for most books written on health and especially diets. I have bought several copies of this book and have urged my kids and my friends to read it. This is a thought-provoking book, one which I've taken to heart. It is well researched and well documented and I encourage people to read it. I was amazed to discover that many illness can be easily prevented by just eating a simple, healthy diet, free from animal proteins.
This book explains why many people in the western world are suffering from serious illnesses such as cancer, heart problems, MS,Lupus, diabetes, autoimmune etc.
After reading The China Study, I am striving to become vegetarian. Well worth the money.

This is an amazing book! I have completely changed my diet for the better, and I now feel and look better than ever. Im also trying to adjust my parents' eating habits. This book shows that by changing your diet, you can reverse cancer, heart disease, diabetes, alzheimer's, obesity, and it even improved my skin and acne! It sounds too good to be true, but give it 30 years and this will be how most people eat.

I heard about this book from a friend."You must read this", she said. Now I wish the whole world would read it. The research in this study proves without a shadow of a doubt,the relationship of eating flesh, to developing and feeding cancer.
The science is exact and undeniably complete. If you want to live a long and heathy life and you want those you love to do the same, read this book and buy extra and send it to all your friends. I plan to do just that.
